Mixed Triples 2015
This three day regional tournament took place at Almeria Bowling Club on 11th, 12 & 13th September.
After some exciting earlier matches the semi-finals all from Indalo Bowling Club were: Dave Sewell, Doreen Hall & Ann Reynolds against Bob Green, Sheila Kinson & Mo Frith also Barbara Ruscoe, Tony Davies and Babs Davies against Gerard Donck, Allan & Mo DeBoer. Both matches were really close; Barbara´s team won by 2 shots on the final end and David ´s team needed 3 on the last end but only managed to draw 2 shots so Bob´s team went on to play the final.
It was a very close final with even scores all the way through to 13-all on the 16h end. On the final end Bob´s team were unable to reply to four shots, the final score being 17-14 to Barbara´s team who won the 2015 Mixed Triples Trophy.
Many thanks to Liberty Seguros who kindly sponsored the competition.
